Before you contact us
Deposit not showing? Payments are matched by the exact amount shown in your deposit request and can take a few minutes to confirm on the TRON network.
Withdrawal pending? Withdrawals are reviewed manually and paid to the TRC20 address you submitted.
Can't pass the join step? Make sure you have joined the channel with the same Telegram account you use for the bot, then tap the verify button again.
Contacting the team
Open the bot, choose Support from the main menu and send your question with your Telegram username and the amount or transaction hash involved.
We never ask for your password, seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not from our team.
