Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Quantum Bot stores when you use the Telegram bot, why we store it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Your Telegram account identifiers (numeric ID, username and display name) and your chosen interface language. These are supplied by Telegram when you start the bot.
Activity created inside the bot: deposits, withdrawals, trades, referral relationships and support messages.
The USDT (TRC20) wallet address you provide for withdrawals, together with the on-chain transaction references needed to confirm payments.
What we never collect
We never ask for your Telegram password, private keys, seed phrases or exchange credentials. No member of the team will ever request them — treat any such request as fraud.
We do not read messages in chats other than your direct conversation with the bot.
How we use your data
To operate your account: crediting deposits, processing withdrawal requests, running trades and paying referral rewards.
To keep the service safe: detecting duplicate payments, abuse and fraudulent withdrawal attempts.
To send you service notifications inside Telegram, such as trade updates and payment confirmations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database and the Tron blockchain explorers used to confirm deposits), and where we are legally obliged to do so.
Retention and your rights
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required for accounting and anti-fraud purposes.
You may request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be closed at any time by contacting support through the bot.
